Is there a subscription?
No. Credits are prepaid packs — they never expire and you only spend them when a real expert resolves an escalation.
What does signup cost?
Free. Every new tenant gets 10 credits on signup — enough to route ~10 standard or ~3 urgent escalations through the full expert flow before you pay anything.
What if the expert fails or I cancel?
Credits are only deducted on successful expert resolution. Cancellations, declines, and system failures are not billed. Refunds automatically reverse the credit deduction.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy a pack now, use it over months. Purchased credits stay on your balance until spent.
Can I get an invoice / pay by wire?

What happens when I run out?
The API returns HTTP 402 with a top-up link. Your MCP client can auto-launch the Stripe Checkout via the `top_up` tool, so agents can stay unblocked.
